Christmas in White River = a blurry success!

Well it's been a busy couple of days having everyone in town. Christmas Eve day we went for a nice walk while we had the sunny weather. Leah got to ride on Aunt Wendy's back and enjoy the scenery from way up high!

Cousin Ellen and Uncle Jeff would be proud...Leah has been practising 'flip cup'...watch out!The Chiasson Family came over for a visit and brought Leah her first Bean bag chair. She LOVES it! And, surprise, surprise....it's camo!
Leah and Nan had fun before bedtime!

Christmas Morning
Leah was up bright and early Christmas morning...5:00 am! Wow, after going to midnight mass I was struggling! Luckily, she likes her new chair and watching Franklin on TV! Thank you Treehouse!
Aunt Wendy and Leah were loving our Christmas day hats.
Leah takes after her Nan....she loves gifts in small packages! Smart girl! Too bad this one wasn't for her! Leah had so much fun opening presents. She was more interested in the wrapping paper and eating it than some of the things she got! But, once the wrapping paper was out of the way she was loving her new toys!

Santa brought Leah a cool sleigh with a wind shield. She looks like she's in a submarine!
"Thanks Great Aunt Deb for the cool car! I love it! Once I learn to hang on I'll have a great time!"
Uncle Kory's influence...need I say more?!?
Kory was quickly put to work in the kitchen. He was on Turkey detail and did a great job! Thanks Kory!
Aunt Deb and Leah
Great Aunt Di, Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Cowden
Leah in her stocking....a perfect fit!
How many Grandparents does it take to feed one baby?
Well, we put all of our company on the 'bud car' train this morning and waved good-bye. Since leaving, we've been cleaning house, doing laundry and NAPPING! Catching up on our much-needed sleep!
