We've stolen Nan and Poppa's dog Benny from Huntsville for the next month. We're not sure if Nan and Poppa will be up to get him, or if they'll be able to wait until we bring him back in April. They have called every day to see how "their babies are doing"! Leah is enjoying Benny's company, but we're not sure yet if Benny is enjoying Leah's! One day she'll crawl right by him without even looking, then the next day she's following him around grabbing at him. Good thing he is a very patient dog and doesn't mind the harassment, not to mention the fur grabbing and the nose poking.
It was a cozy ride up to White River on Thursday. Leah and Benny kept eachother company in the back for a couple of hours, then Benny managed to get Shot Gun and I was in the back!
