The truck was packed and on the road first thing Monday morning. Grandma and Daddy reported that Leah was amazing on the 9 hour drive north. She played Barbie Mermaids with Grandma, read stories, watched movies, snacked and napped.
Since arriving in Winnie's hometown, the tourists have been busy swimming in Picnic Lake, playing a the park and visiting with dear friends. I"M SO JEALOUS!
Leah met up with her old buddy Kyston at the park today. I really hope someone had a camera, and can't wait to hear how the visit was. We sure miss the Steven's clan.
This morning Leah and Daddy were up super early and excited to fish.

Little Miss Independent thought she'd like to put her own sunscreen on, 'all by myself!' Hopefully she has enough sunscreen to last the week! When I talked to them tonight they reported in that they didn't get out fishing today because it was too hot! ha! Where was that heat when we lived there?
